What do I have to get ready?

If you have any animals that present a danger to our staff, or can’t be let out, please secure them in a separate area.

Please help us ensure the safety of your young children by keeping them away from ladders and equipment.

We can work around most window treatments. However, if you have any fragile, extremely expensive or irreplaceable treatments (e.g. Antique or silk drapes) we ask that you please take them down for the day.

For the safety and wellbeing of your belongings, we ask that you remove items from the window area, including furniture that may be in our way.

Are you insured?

Yes, you and your property are protected by our workers’ compensation and liability policies.

Who does the work?

All our height work staff are qualified, holding high risk licenses for EWP operation and Working at heights. Our rope access crew operate to the IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association) qualifications, and we maintain a full-time IRATA level 3 supervisor on staff to oversee all rope-access works.
