SAS Window Cleaning formerly (All Weather Window Cleaning) has been operating in Perth for the past 30 years.

We place our focus on professionalism, safety and quality results.

We know that none of this is possible without a good crew, so we spend time in recruiting well, training our staff and ensuring that the frontline crew are presentable, knowledgeable, friendly and motivated.

Our aim is to meet our customers’ expectations, but with strong emphasis on safety in all we do. We have eliminated all of the old-school practices including ladder work. Our modern vehicle fleet is equipped with the latest cleaning technologies, including purified water cleaning equipment and telescopic poles for high cleaning, thus minimising the need for most risky height work. We have a fully documented safety process, including safe work procedures, safe work method statements and a dedicated safety officer. We work in a risky industry, and endeavour to maintain the best work practices possible for our staff and clients.

Qualified staff

SAS Window Cleaning has a team of highly experienced window cleaning professionals, trained in all aspects of window cleaning and care. SAS Window Cleaners are expert in the identification of different types of glass and in the assessment of which cleaning products and techniques will give you best results. Whether you need a straight forward clean, stain removal, paint or adhesive-sign removal or a builder’s clean, the SAS Team will ensure your windows are sparkling clean.

All our height work staff are qualified, holding high risk licenses for EWP operation and Working at heights. Our rope access crew operate to the IRATA (Industrial Rope Access Trade Association) qualifications, and we maintain a full-time IRATA level 3 supervisor on staff to oversee all rope-access works.

Our client base includes commercial properties including shops, offices, schools, warehouses, hotels and hospitals strata companies, building managers and cleaning companies, as well as our residential market.
